Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked online to secure your time. A valid card may be required to hold your appointment. Please ensure all contact information is accurate so you can receive important appointment updates.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and will be required to prepay for future appointments.
Deposit Policy
Our services may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure the best care for every client, we ask that guests and additional visitors not accompany you to your appointment unless previously approved.
Children Policy
For safety and insurance reasons, children must be supervised at all times and should not accompany clients into the treatment room unless they are receiving a service.
Health & Skin Conditions
Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to your service. This allows us to customize treatments safely for your skin.
Results Disclaimer
Every client’s skin is unique. While professional treatments and home care recommendations are designed to improve your skin, results may vary depending on consistency, lifestyle, and skin condition.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives with a contraindication, contagious condition, or behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
Home Care Commentment
For corrective treatments and acne programs, consistent homecare products and routines may be required to achieve optimal results.

No Smoking Prior to Appointments: Please refrain from smoking immediately before your service, as residual smoke odor can be triggering for sensitive clients and may interfere with certain treatments.
Avoid Strong Fragrances: We ask that you do not wear strong perfumes, colognes, or heavily scented body products to your appointment.
Personal Hygiene Consideration: Please arrive with good personal hygiene and avoid strong body odors, as we work in close proximity during treatments.
